Twenty-five years turning banking operations into service people trust — today as Divisional Head at Greenwich Merchant Bank and Chairman of the Committee of Heads of Operations of Banks, Nigeria.
Twenty-five years in the engine room of banking, distilled into one calm, senior presence — carried consistently everywhere your name appears.
Presence in the room — sector leadership
Tolulope Ogundipe, ACIB, is a banking operations and service-transformation executive whose career spans retail banking operations, customer experience, branch strategy, operational risk and digital service delivery.
He currently serves as Divisional Head at Greenwich Merchant Bank, and chairs the Committee of Heads of Operations of Banks, Nigeria. He is a member of the CBN/MICR Technical Implementation Committee and the CIBN NextGen Committee, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University.
Across five institutions he has built the same throughline: operations that people can trust — the unglamorous, high-stakes discipline that keeps a bank running and a customer returning.
